Dr Katarzyna Vanevska delivers a paper on pandemic communication in Poland at a conference in Kraków

The PANCOPOP Project’s Research Associate, Dr Katarzyna Vanevska, delivered a paper presentation entitled ‘Pandemic Communication in Poland: Communication Patterns of the Ruling Authorities in the Light of PANCOPOP Project Research‘ at a conference organised by the Media Studies Commission of the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences. The event took place at The Institute of Law, Economics, and Administration at the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow. Katarzyna shared insights from Poland, focusing on Strand 1 of the PANCOPOP Project. The conference selected a number of papers around its overarching theme, ‘Transmedia and Multimodal Narratives and Discourses in the Face of Civilization Threats: Freedom – Responsibility – Security in the Language and Attitudes of Poles in the 21st Century.
